General questions
Are you open at night?
The line is answered 24/7. Night calls are common for roaches and rodents, and a technician is sent when one is free.
Which pests do you treat?
Termites, palmetto bugs, roof rats and mice, ants, mosquitoes, fleas, spiders, wasps and bed bugs, plus commercial work. The services page lists each one.
Termites and rats
Is a termite swarm an emergency?
Usually not within the hour, but call the same day. Swarmers inside the house or wings on a window sill point to a colony close by, and Florida termite flights peak in spring.
Will a rat in the attic come down on its own?
Not reliably. Roof rats climb and nest in roof spaces, so sealing the entry and removing the food source are usually part of the job.
License and price
Who holds the pest control license?
The independent licensed company that performs the work does, under Chapter 482, Florida Statutes. Ask for the license and verify it with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
How is the price set?
The technician explains the scope on site, and you approve the price before any product is applied.
