Disclaimer

Pest control work arranged through Tampa Pest Control is performed by an independent licensed local pest control company serving Tampa and Hillsborough County as the service partner for this area. Tampa Pest Control is a call line. It does not apply pesticides, inspect for wood-destroying organisms, or perform any treatment, and it holds no pest control licence or certification.

Responsibility for compliance rests with that partner. It must hold the pest control licence Chapter 482, Florida Statutes requires, designate a certified operator whose certification categories cover the work performed, observe Rule 5E-14, Florida Administrative Code and the federal label of every product used, carry its own insurance, and answer to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, including on any complaint. Its treatments, product choices and written inspection reports are its own.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a verification, endorsement or audit of any partner's licence, and no statement here should be taken as confirming that a licence is current or that it covers a particular category of work. Licence details may be requested on (855) 974-4733 or from the technician who contacts you, and you may ask to see the paperwork before any application. They are withheld from these pages for the partner's privacy. Verification sits with you and with FDACS.

Ask for the licence and verify it with FDACS (855) 974-4733
